Our Process
Step 1
Attend one of our open houses or complete the form above to get in touch about a showing. And visit the property.
Step 2
The on-site property manager will show you the apartment where you can request an application. We will send you an application link via email. Application fees are $40 per applicant and $40 per cosigner, if applicable. Applications are due within 2 days of them being sent out.
Step 3
Once all applications are approved, we send out your electronic lease for signature and welcome you to the Square One family!
